how many ottawa teams can go to the tournament of champions?
Really depends on what teams accept their invites. Right now Eastern Ontario has two spots I believe for the 2008 ToC - Team Easton already has one spot for winning the "Home League" tourney in McNab in August 2007. The second berth will be for the winner of the ISC II Qualifier in McNab this June. Other berths are possible but not guaranteed, depending on other regions using up their allotted berths.
