Barrhaven beats Quyon

Barrhaven Broadway Blues defeated the Combat Flyers 8-6 in GOFL play last night in Quyon.
The Blues staked out a 8-0 lead after two innings and held on for the win.
Trevor Lahey had the complete game win. Matt Greer took the loss and had relieve from Drew Hathway. Jason W. Smith had a grand slam for Barrhaven.
Quyon ends the season with a 14-4-3 record for 31pts, one point ahead of Kars for first - however the Aces have four games remaining next week. Barrhaven has now clinched fifth place and have one game remaining against Kars. Ottawa Blitz will finish sixth.
