GOFL Wednesday night round up

There were two games that were played in the Greater Ottawa Fastball League on Wednesday night.

Stittsville 56ers 5 I4C Victory 5
In Stittsville, the 56ers and I4C Victory played to a 5-5 draw. Stittsville was down 4-1, clawed back to take a 5-4 lead going into the seventh, but gave up a tying run in the final frame. Kyle Olson threw for Stittsville while Neil Cooke had the ball for I4C.

Quyon Flyers 2 Kars Aces 0
In Manotick it was an old fashioned pitchers' duel as the Kars Aces and Quyon Flyers were scoreless through six innings. The Flyers scored two unearned in the top of the seventh and prevailed 2-0. Trevor Lahey had the win while Luke Severson was tagged with the loss.
