Western wins the OIWFA provincial tournament in Carp

Western University Mustangs won the Ontario Intercollegiate Women's Fastpitch Association provincial tournament this past weekend in Carp, going undefeated in the eight team event. The Mustangs defeated the Wilfrid Laurier University Golden Hawks in the final, with the Brock University Badgers winning the bronze medal. The event was hosted by the University of Ottawa GeeGees, who finished with a 1-2 record.
