Local umpire Wayne Penney dies

 

Condolences to the family, friends and fellow officials of Wayne Penney who died this past week.

As per the posting on the Eastern Ontario Umpires Association Facebook page:

Wayne Penney was an umpire for over 40 years. He was a very active umpire in the EOUA and also worked numerous tournaments for the James Bay Cree Nation.
