Kars and Orleans win in Manotick

Kars Aces won the first game of the Greater Ottawa Fastball League doubleheader on Wednesday night in Manotick by a score of 11-4 over the Manotick Brewers.

Nick Ellis earned the win while Cory Alkerton threw in relief. Kody Blois took the loss.

Danny Powers and Dylan Toms both hit homers for Kars.

The late game saw the Orleans Rebels defeat the Osgoode Chiefs 10-0. Andy Barber had the in five shutout innings. Nolan Holmes was the losing pitcher and had relief from Matt McKay and Jack Dewan. 

Spencer Rodd and Jefferson Roman hit homeruns for the Rebels.
