Quyon wins at home vs WC

There was supposed to be a doubleheader in Shawville on Thursday night in Greater Ottawa Fastball League play, but inclement weather meant that only the Quyon Flyers versus West Carleton Electric game was able to be played, with the Quyon vs Orleans Rebels game was postponed.

Quyon was able to get by West Carleton by a score of 6-0. Trevor Lahey earned the win, allowing only one hit in four innings of work. Matt Greer only allowed one hit in earning the save. Steve Cavanagh took the loss, allowing three runs in five innings, while Jeff Campbell finished for WC.

Dennis McCleary hit a homer for Quyon in the sixth.
