Micksburg Fastball League Week 3

Game 1 

Micksburg Seniors defeated Gold Gloves 2-1 in a close game dominated by pitching. The Seniors took a early lead in the 1st going up 2-0 in the first on a John Enright double scoring 2. The Gold Gloves would strike back with a Jack Oates double that scored 1 in the 4th. John Enright would shut the door on the Gold Gloves the rest of the way.

Game 2 

In the night cap the Eagles take down the Northstars 5-3. The Eagles took a 1-0 lead in the 1st on a single by Liam McHale scoring 1. In the bottom of the 3rd the Eagles would strike again on a Drew Hathaway Double and a couple of walks to make the score 5-0. The Northstars would make a push back late making it a 5-3 ball game but would eventually fall short.
