Quyon tournament final results (UPDATED)
St-Leonard Juniors went undefeated 4-0 and won the Quyon tournament. Quyon Flyers (whose only losses was to St-Leonard) lost in the final and went 3-2. St-Leonard won 7-0 in the final game.
The Orleans Rebels Midgets finished third in the tournament, defeating both Blackburn and Valley Raiders along the way. Quyon picked up Bud Hanlon for the weekend and he was perfect through 5 innings in defeating Orleans in the loser's bracket final.
The Eastmain Fireballs paid their money - but didn't show up to play. Organizers of the tournament were a tad upset. Eastmain is scheduled to play in the ISC II qualifier in Fitzroy Harbour on June 16 - hopefully they will show up to that!
