Stittsville mercies Orleans 13-1

Stittsville defeated the Gators 13-1 in five innings in Orleans on Thursday night.
Stittsville built up an 8 - 0 lead with no one out in the first on HR's by Ryan Bond, Darren Featherstone, and Scott Herriot.
The 56ers then scored 4 more in the 3rd on a Dan Jessiman Grand Slam HR, and added one in the 4th.
Orleans had a solo HR by Jordan Adams in the fifth to plate their only run.
Nic Bowman started for Orleans, was relieved by Kurtis Summers and he was relieved by Eric Lafleur.
Darren Featherstone had the win for Stittsville.
