Glen Cairn League playoff update

The semi-finals of the Glen Cairn Men's Fastball League kick off this week. All of the first round playoff series wrapped up in 2 games: Local Heroes defeated Medaglia Auto Imports, Murray Refrigeration eliminated Air1One Mechanical, Amsted bested ASAP Print Management, and Kanata Sports Club knocked off 4 Season Pool & Spa.
In the semi-finals, top seed Local Heroes takes on fifth seed Kanata Sports Club. Local Heroes took both regular season games against KSC, winning 9-3 on May 20th and 10-0 on July 15th. The series gets underway with game #1 on Monday at 6:30 PM and game #2 on Wednesday at 8:30 PM.
The other semi sees second seed Murray Refrigeration facing third seed Amsted. Murray's won both regular season games by scores of 11-7 on May 21st and 11-5 on July 15th. The first two games of the Murray's / Amsted series are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
All games are at the A.Y. Jackson ball diamond on Abbeyhill Rd. in Kanata.
