what league did fitzroy play in before 2000?
Fitzroy Harbour WC Electric joined the GOFL in 2004. The team was formed in 2002 for a tournament and in 2003 played tournaments and an interlocking schedule with the Upper Ottawa Valley Men's Fastball League.
Prior to that, the original West Carleton Electric "franchise" dates back to the 1980s and 90s and played in the old West Carleton Intermediate League for many years until the league folded. The only hold over from that team is the sponsor!
