EMC sports - Online registration for the 2012 season of the Stittsville Minor Softball Association (SMSA) is now open at www.stittsvillesoftball.org.
Action is beginning soon, albeit indoors at the Bell Senxplex in Kanata.
That's when SMSA will be holding warm-up clinics and pitching clinics for all registered House League players.
These clinics will be held on Saturday, April 14 and Saturday, April 21, with mite level players on the field from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and with squirt and peewee level players taking over from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on both days.
In addition, any bantam or midget level players are welcome to attend.
Players planning to attend these clinics should take along a ball glove and wear athletic clothing and running shoes.
