In the first game of the Manotick doubleheader on Wednesday night, the West Carleton Electric took a 2-0 lead in their best-of-five series with a 8-0 win over the Manotick Taylor's Blitz. Andy Barber had the win, while Shannon Borho took the loss with relief from Derick Bulley.
Barrhaven Broadway Blues 7 Micksburg Twins 3
The night cap saw the Blues even up their series with the Twins, coming back from a 3-1 deficit to win 7-3. Trevor Lahey earned the win in relief of Paul Ceppi, while Joran Graham was tagged with the loss and had relief from Corey Costello. Chad Costello had a homer for Micksburg.

The 56ers also evened their series at a game apiece with a win at the Grove on Wednesday night. Dan Konkle was the winning thrower, with Darren Featherstone relieving. Cody Price took the loss and had relief from Neil Cooke.
