Farmersville Haymakers win Elkland Labour Day tournament

The Farmersville, PA Haymakers won the 64th Annual Durk Sherman Tournament in Elkland, PA this past weekend.

They defeated the New York Bombers (Cortland, NY) in the final, 7-6 in eight innnings.

Third place were PA Power (Harrisburg, PA) and fourth were CPI Classics (Oswego, NY).

West Carleton Electric tied for 5th place with the host team from Elkland.

Thirteen teams participated in the event, including the Greenbush Generals from the North Leeds league.
