Napanee Bantam Girls win Eastern Canadians

The Napanee Bantam Girls rep team won the Eastern Canadian Championship this weekend in Moncton, NB. The beat the previously unbeaten Guelph Gators 7-4 in a 13 inning nail biter.
Lauren Daize from Stittsville went the distance. Other local players Kenzie Leonard (Stittsville) and Meg Severson (Domville). Other team members, Jordan Mumby, Maddy Brant, Ally and Jen Kane, Olivia Fenwick, Bri Birt, Maddy Morrow from Kingston, Belleville, and Cobourg area.
