U16 Eliminations in McNab/Braeside this weekend
The Ontario Amateur Softball Association U16 Boys Elimination tournament will be held this weekend in McNab/Braeside to determine the teams that will represent the province at the Nationals in Innerkip, ON in August.
Games will be held at McNab Centre Park on Calabogie Road starting at 3 pm on Friday June 29, with the final game scheduled to start 1 pm on Canada Day.
There are 14 teams participating, including the Osgoode Chiefs. Osgoode is made up of players from the Osgoode, Fitzroy and Micksburg areas. Several relatives of GOFLers past and present are playing including Hudson Collins (Kevin's son), Tyler Branchaud (Mike's son), Joseph Mick (Jamey's son), Conrad Daze (Charlie Ross' nephew) and Owen Brown (some blogger's kid).
