Ashton Men's Fastball League playoff update

On Thursday night in Ashton, the Ashton A's won the battle of the third and fourth place teams by a score of 8-6 over the Whitewater Brewers. In the 9PM first vs. second place game, the Ashton Farmers took a 6-0 lead, fell behind 7-6, then scored a pair in the 6th and held on to defeat the NAPA Shockers 8-7.

The Farmers advance to the A final and the Brewers to the B final - both teams get next week off. Next Thursday sees the Shockers host the A's with the winner advancing to the A final and the loser relegated to the B final.
