Quyon beats Micksburg in make up game

The Quyon Flyers defeated the Micksburg Twins in a hastily scheduled make up game on Tuesday night in Shawville. The Twins game in Fitzroy was postponed due to no officials being available, so the Flyers invited them in to play after a Shawville League game.

The Flyers prevailed 7-3 on the strength of a seven run first inning. Trevor Lahey earned the win while John Enright took the loss with relief from Joran Graham.

The Flyers' Matt Greer and the Twins' Graham will be off to Wisconsin this weekend as teammates for the ISC World Tournament. They are both playing with the Niagara Stompers.
