Shawville League playoffs get started

The four-team Shawville Men's Fastpitch League got their playoffs underway last night. The SMFL usually plays on Mondays, but with the long weekend, things got started on a Tuesday.

The format for the playoffs is a double knockout with single game final.

Next Monday will see the two winning teams play to see which club advances directly to the final, and the two teams which lost play to see who is eliminated and which team continues.
