Rain takes toll on GOFL playoffs
Bad weather on Thursday night disrupted the Greater Ottawa Fastball League playoffs.
Game 2 of the Osgoode Chiefs - Quyon Flyers series scheduled for Shawville never got started due to rain.
Game 2 of the Orleans Rebels - West Carleton Electric series was suspended in the top of the third inning with WC up 4-1. Ben Broek was pitching for the Electric while Andy Barber had the ball for the Rebels. Broek (solo) and Conner Hopper (three run shot) had homers for the home team while Jefferson Román hit one out for Orleans.
Schedule arrangements to be posted once determined.
