Two walk offs in Manotick

Both Greater Ottawa Fastball League games in Manotick on Wednesday night ended with walk off singles.

The early game saw the Vars Aces beat the Manotick Brewers 5-4. Brad Porter got the win and Luc D'Entremont took the loss. Cory Morrison had two RBIs for the Aces. Tyler Branchaud had an inside the park homer for the Brewers. Andy Barber's walk off RBI single scored Nick Ellis to win the game for Vars.

The late game was a 3-2 win for Los Caballos over West Carleton Electric. Dan Read was the winning pitcher and Adam Rueckwald took the loss. Conner Hopper had an RBI for WC. Wilmer Lovera's RBI single for Los Caballos won the game in the bottom of the seventh.
