The Pontiac Royals defeated Shawville 3-1 at home in Bryson on Thursday night.
Royals newcomer Mark Wright got the pitching win, throwing five innings. Lenny Burger had the save for Pontiac.
Shawville pitcher was Todd Fraser, who helped his own cause with a solo home run.

I thought Mark Wright pitched for Shawville.
Mark Wright pitched for Shawville in 2005, but this season he is now pitching for Pontiac (as well as West Carleton in the Ottawa league)
Fraz throwin' bee-bees? I'd like to know what the over/uinder was on f-bombs and c-bombs with Toddy taking the loss!
