Pontiac edges Micksburg 2-1 to even UOVMFL finals at a game apiece

Pontiac Royals evened up the best of seven series with a 2-1 victory over the Micksburg Twins in 8 innings in the UOVMFL finals in Bryson on Tuesday night.
Again it came down to pitching. Veteran lefty Len Burger was the winning pitcher for the Royals giving up only 1 hit. Corey Costello suffered the loss while only giving up 2 hits.
Game 3 is scheduled for Friday night in Micksburg--Game time is 8:30.
