Manotick Lomor Printers season preview

Manotick Lomor Printers returns to the Greater Ottawa Fastball League in 2009 with their veteran squad pretty much intact from last year's campaign. Manotick has not won the playoff title since 2002, but they are pretty much guaranteed to lead the league in one category this season - "Jason Smiths", with two.

One newcomer to the team this season is Paul Ceppi who will share pitching duties with Trevor Lahey, Lyle Schell, Tony Riches and Jason Smith.

The Printers will be making their annual tour to Au Sable Forks, NY this summer and are reviewing other tournament possibilities.

Home games for the team are in Manotick on Wednesday nights as part of the weekly 7pm and 9pm doubleheaders at the Arena Diamonds.
