Teams needed for Glen Cairn Tournament

The Glen Cairn Men's Fastball League will hold its annual tournament on the weekend of June 12th-14th at the Carp Fairgrounds.
Our tournament normally just involves our league teams, but with the league at 9 teams this season we've decided to see if we can attract 1-3 outside teams to give us a more manageable 10 or 12 team field.
The cost per team has not been finalized but will most likely be $250-300 to offset our costs for extra diamond and umpire time. There would be a three-game guarantee with a maximum of five games.
Each team typically plays one game on Friday night and two on Saturday, with the playoff rounds taking place on Sunday for teams that qualify.
On Friday night there's a pub night with a raffle for a new CombatVirus Morphed ASA-2004 bat.
Note that this is a recreational level tournament; there's no prize money and our league would need to approve of any pitchers to ensurethat they're of appropriate calibre - we would like outside teams to be on par with our league teams to make the tournament as balanced as possible.
