GOFL week 9

Week 9 of the Greater Ottawa Fastball League sees some "special events" on tap.

First up on Tuesday night is a doubleheader in Fitzroy Harbour. The 7pm game sees WC Electric hosting the Stittsville 56ers, while the Electric will host the Orleans Gators in the 9pm tilt. Also on Tuesday is Carp I4C Victory traveling to Quyon to face the Flyers at 7:30.

The second annual Canada Day game in Kenmore will be on Wednesday at 4pm, with Team Easton facing the Greely Eagles. There are plenty of festivities throughout the day, including a kids' clinic at 3pm and other community activities.

On Thursday night, I4C Victory travels to Orleans to face the Gators at 8:30, while as part of the Harbour Days festival in Fitzroy Harbour, Team Easton and WC Electric will face off in a make up game from earlier in the season.

The Blitz and Manotick have the week off.
