Easton edges Greely 2-1 in Canada Day classic - now with details

At the second annual Canada Day classic in Kenmore, Easton came from behind to top Greely 2-1 in front of a good sized crowd in Kenmore on Canada Day. Brad Porter got the win for Easton while Shannon Borho took the loss. Greely opened the scoring in the second as the result of a dropped 3rd strike and 2 consectutive singles. Easton tied the game in the 4th as Chad Milne singled then was plated by a Pat O'Connor triple. The visiting side took the lead for good in the 6th as Cory Morrison tripled and was driven in by Chad Milne. Brad Porter was able to pitch out of a jam in the 6th and got the Eagles in order in the 7th to secure the win.
