Fingal Juniors wins the Legends Junior division

The Fingals Juniors won the junior division of the Legends of Fastball Tournament in Kitchener this weekend by defeating Waterloo Hallman Twins 8-5 in the championship game.
In round robin play Waterloo defeated Fingal 2-0.
Local players on the Fingal team include Joel Langford, Kristian Knapp, Cory and Matt Alkerton and Chad Hargrove.

Ed note: The Brantford Juniors also competed at this tournament with local players Jeff Barber, Derek Barber and Jason Naylor. Brantford finished 0-4.
