Two berths are available to the 2010 ISC World Tournament.

Not one team from the GOFL!! Surprising? Maybe not...
I think it is probably due to a combination of factors. Obviously, Quyon is already in so they don't need to go. Other teams are maybe not interested in the ISC as much now that the World and ISC II are no longer separate. And the three hour drive would seal the deal for teams that were on the fence.
