It’s easy! To qualify, your Association must be a member of the Play Softball Network (it’s free and easy to join!) and you will need to submit an Event Report to Softball Ontario following your event.
The Event Report is due to Softball Ontario within one (1) week of each event. Any unused promotional materials, along with the softball equipment, must be returned to Softball Ontario following the event. The Association is responsible for the cost of returning the equipment, however subsidized shipping can be provided through Softball Ontario.
