Comeback win for Kars over Stittsville, 6-5
In an exciting game at the Grove on Wednesday night, the Kars Aces defeated the Stittsville 56ers 6-5 in GOFL action.
Brad Porter had the win, in relief of Cory Alkerton. Darren Featherstone took the loss.
Kars had a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the sixth, but Stittsville scored five to go ahead 5-3. However, a rally by the Aces in the top of the seventh saw the visitors score three to regain the lead and hold on for the win.
