Canada finishes first in ISF Pan Am Championship pool play
Team Canada finished first in round robin play at the 9th Men's ISF Pan Am Championship in Parana, Argentina.
Canada won their first six games over USA, Guatemala, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela and Dominican Republic before falling to Argentina 3-2 last night in a game that did not affect the standings.
The top four teams make the playoffs. Canada will play second place Venezuela at 5:30pm today, with the winner going to the final and the loser playing the winner of third place Argentina vs fourth place USA.
