Saturday results at AAU
At the AAU Men's Fastpitch tournament on Saturday:
Kanata Storm won two games. First off, the Storm beat Puerto Rico 7-0. Mike Noftall had the win and Corey Costello had a 2 run shot.
Kanata then beat Big John's from Buffalo, also by a score of 7-0. Corey Costello had the win. Home runs were hit by Paul Maher, Kyle Ezekiel and Jeremy O'Reilly.
Broker4Tickets won their first game 10-0 over Big Eagle Express from Oklahoma. They lost their next game 7-1 to Team Marquez and were eliminated.
Kanata Storm advance to the quarter-finals with a game Sunday morning against Maracaibo from Venezuela.
The other remaining teams are Hill United vs New York Gremlins, A1 Bombers vs Sopotocientos, and Team Marquez vs The Bar's NAFA Selects.
