Kars wins Friday Night Fastball in Micksburg - WITH DETAILS

The Kars Aces beat the Micksburg Twins in GOFL "Friday Night Fastball" by a score of 4-3.

Brad Porter had the win on the slab for the Aces, while Joran Graham took the loss.

Kars Aces 4, Micksburg Twins 3

Micksburg took the lead 1-0 in the 3rd on a Joran Graham RBI triple and 2-1 in the 5th on a Chad Costello triple.  However, Kars responded each time by scoring in the next half-inning.

Leading off the 4th inning, Cory Morrison singled to left field.  Kristian Knapp then walked and with one out Lukas Kamps hit a triple into the right field corner to score two.

Similarly, leading off the 6th inning, Morrison doubled down the left field line and Knapp walked again. Shawn Forbes then hit one to third, leading to an interference call and the bases loaded.  Jordan Shipclark singled to drive in two and put Kars back in front 4-3.
