The mites had hosted a qualifier in Fitzroy Harbour in late July at which they went 1-2, getting them placed in the "B" Provincial event.
In the round robin portion of the event, West Carleton won both their games - 19-8 over Wellesley Wildcats and 14-6 over the Curve Lake Trappers.
The semi-final match up against Havelock Express saw WC prevail 20-6, setting up a rematch in the gold medal game against Wellesley, which the Junior Electric won 18-4 to take the title.
At the "A" level provincial tournament at the same location, Napanee won the eight-team event.
