Kemptville splits Monday night doubleheader
With diamond availability issues causing problems for the Kemptville Black Sox, they hosted a "home" doubleheader in Carp on Monday night Greater Ottawa Fastball League play.
The first game saw the Sox defeat the Orleans Rebels 6-4. Dan Thompson got the win while Nick Bowman took the loss. Jeff Delange had two Homer's for Kemptville.
The late match up had the Quyon Flyers winning 13-3, with Trevor Lahey getting the victory and Zach Thompson taking the loss with relief from Jeremy Malloy.
