New York Bombers win the 26th annual Elkland First Weekend tournament

The New York Bombers lost their first two games but then came back to win their next five in a row to win the Elkland First Weekend tournament, defeating Bear Bottom Lodge in the finals.

Greenbush Generals from eastern Ontario attended the First Weekend tournament this year instead of the Labour Day event as they normally do. They finished 1-3.
