Orleans and Stittsville play a game and a half on Wednesday

On Wednesday night, the Orleans Rebels and the Stittsville 56ers played a game and a half at Pierre Rocque park in Greater Ottawa Fastball League action.


On June 26 a game between the two teams was halted due to an injury to an umpire. The game was completed on Wednesday with Orleans taking the 4-2 victory. Jeff Barber was the winning pitcher based on his work on the 26th, with Andy Barber getting the save. Luc D'Entremont was the losing pitcher, also based on his innings on the 26th, while Kyle Olson took the loss.


The teams then played a full game, with Orleans winning this one as well 6-1. Jeff Barber earned the win in relief of brother Andy. Olson took the loss.
