Orleans comes back to beat Quyon

The Orleans Rebels defeated the Quyon Flyers 8-7 in the first ever Greater Ottawa Fastball League game in Luskville, QC on Wednesday night.

As the teams had two games to make up and limited time to do so, this will go in the standings as a "four pointer" for Orleans.

Andy Barber earned the win on the slab and hit a home run for Orleans. Matt Greer took the loss.

The Flyers were up 5-2 after six complete innings. Orleans scored six in the top of the seventh. Quyon responded with two runs, and a the winning run on second base with two out. Kevin Shonfield made a diving catch in right field to get the final out and end the game.
