Quyon gets by Orleans

The Quyon Flyers evened their best-of-three Greater Ottawa Fastball League semi-final series with a 2-1 victory over the Orleans Rebels on Wednesday night in Luskville.

Drew Hathway earned the pitching win, while Andy Barber took the loss.

Orleans scored when Kevin Shonfield was on third and scored on a fielder's choice by Barber.

Later, Dennis McCleary reached on an infield hit and scored on a two run homer by Hathway.

The deciding game three to determine which team faces Micksburg in the GOFL final is to be scheduled.
