Flyers beat U20s

The Quyon Flyers defeated the West Carleton Electric U20 team by a score of 6-4 on Thursday night exhibition game in Shawville.

Drew Hathway was the winning pitcher, seeing five innings of work. Todd Hearty got the save in two innings of relief. 

Finn Barton, who also hit a home run for WC, started on the slab and had two innings of scoreless relief by Gabe Brown.

West Carleton will compete at the Ontario Amateur Softball Association U20 Provincial A tournament this weekend in Grafton.
