Easton defeats Blitz in Game 1

Team Easton took game 1 of their playoff series with the Blitz on Wednesday night. Easton jumped out to a 2 run lead in the top of the first on a lead off walk to Chad Milne, a triple by Kevin Chevrier and a single by Pat O'Connor. The Blitz responded with a hit early in each of the first and second innings, but were unable to cash their runners. From the 4th inning on it was all Easton as they scored 3 runs in the 4th (HR - Dan Konkle) and 3 runs in the 6th.

The final score was Easton - 8, Blitz - 0 after 6 innings.
