Barrhaven beats Blitz 5-4 in GOFL play

The Barrhaven Broadway Blues and the Ottawa Blitz faced each other on Sunday at the Gil Read Tournament in Carp. Since they had a make up game to be played in the GOFL schedule, it was decided the game would count in the standings.

Barrhaven were 5-4 winners, with Jason Smith getting the win and Derick Bulley the loss. Trevor Power had a homer for the Blues that went deep into the beer garden and almost reduced the Barber triplets to just a pair of twins.
