Kars beats Barrhaven on Wednesday

In the first game of the doubleheader in Manotick on Wednesday night, Kars Aces rebounded from their loss on Monday to defeat the Barrhaven Broadway Blues 6-1. Brad Porter had the win while Corey Alkerton earned the save. Paul Ceppi took the loss for Barrhaven, giving up a home run to Chad Milne.
Barrhaven's season is now complete and they finish with a 7-8-3 record. Kars is at 11-5 and has a doubleheader remaining against first place Quyon.
