The results of the doubleheader in Carp on Thursday night:
Kars 11 Stittsville 10
Kars came back from a 10-4 deficit to edge a shorthanded Stittsville team 11-10. Brad Porter got the win in relief of Corey Alkerton. Adam Smith took the loss. Cory Morrison (2), Brad Pender and Corey Alkerton homered for Kars.
Carp 12 Stittsville 0
In the second game of the doubleheader, Carp mercied Stittsville 12-0. Bill Gerber had the win, while Scott Herriot took the loss with relief from Ben Gigliotti and Scott Jessiman. Aaron Amo led off the game with a home run for I4C Victory.
