The Barrhaven Broadway Blues blanked the Kars Aces in North Gower on Tuesday night by a score of 8-0.
Chad Hargrove had the win, striking out 11 and only allowing two hits. Corey Alkerton took the loss and had relief from Brad Porter.
Don Cox and Trevor Power had RBI doubles for Barrhaven, while Cory Morrison and Corey Alkerton had the two hits for Kars.
Nasty weather delayed things, so the second game of the planned doubleheader was postponed to a later date to be determined.
