Carp wins both in Thursday doubleheader - UPDATED

In the first game of the Thursday doubleheader in Carp, I4C Victory were 4-2 winners over the Kars Aces. Neil Cooke had the win while Brad Porter took the loss. Matt McNish was 3 for 3 and hit a homer. Brad Pender and Kristian Knapp hit back-to-back homers to start the game for Kars.
Caveman's Choice for player of the game in this one was McNish for his big night at the plate.
The nightcap result was I4C Victory 10 Ottawa Taylor's Blitz 7. Cody Price earned the win for Carp while Jamie Blakely was the losing pitcher.
Marcel Mondoux of the Blitz is the Caveman's Choice for player of the game in a losing cause, as he was 2 for 2 with 2 walks, 3 runs and an HR.
