Brian Bruce obituary

Condolences to the Bruce family.

The family of Brian Bruce are sad to share the news of his unexpected passing last week, at the age of 63. Brian started playing fastball as a young boy in Kemptville and Ottawa. He played on many teams in several leagues across the city before transitioning to coaching intermediate ball in the late 80's. In the early 90's he left men's fastball to coach his son Andrew in Orleans, eventually going on to coach bantam through junior in Kanata and Kemptville.

Past teammates are invited to share the celebration of his life on Monday June 11, 2018 at the Heritage Funeral Complex located at 1250 Trim Road in Orleans from 10 am to 12 pm followed by the Celebration of Life in the Heritage Chapel.
