Glen Cairn results from Monday

There were two games in Glen Cairn Men's Fastball League playoff action on Monday night.

In the early game, West End Landscapes overcame a four-run deficit to defeat Corfix 6-5 in eight innings to force a deciding Game 3 in their quarter-final series. Matt McKay had the win for WEL while Kevin Daize and Riley Dunbar threw for Corfix.

The late game saw Laurysen defeat West Carleton Electric U20 by a score of 4-0 to win the series two straight and advance to the semi-finals. Carley Shane threw for Laursyen while Ryland Hill had the ball for WC U20.

Tuesday games feature Micksburg Kool Vent Heat vs Stittsville 56ers U17 at 6:30 p.m. and Upper Canada Elevators vs KookiJar at 8:30 p.m.
